Returns

Paper patterns and tape may be returned within 7 business days after receiving the item for a full refund, minus any shipping costs.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To start a return, please email us at cluckclucksew@gmail.com. 

If you receive any damaged item please contact us so we can send you a replacement:  cluckclucksew@gmail.com

Returns are processed within 2 business days.

Digital downloads are exempt from being returned, if you make a duplicate purchase by accident, please email us at cluckclucksew@gmail.com
